Gonuts Donuts at the Podium

Taking some time off stressful work, I went to the Podium after lunch to explore and look for techie stuff. Was able to check out the new Gonuts Donuts branch since I was lured by the not-so-prominently displayed tarpaulin banners announcing the store's opening.

It turned out Gonuts Donuts was, itself, difficult to locate. The signage was difficult to see and it was located in a discreet corner of the mall. It's basically more of a take-out counter since the establishment only had three small tables with two chairs each--and the tables were positioned right beside the escalator going to the mall's basement.

All this aside, the donuts were excellent. I got a cup of coffee too--it wasn't so bad, but not as good as I'd want my coffee to be, either.

An excellent donut experience, if you ask me. Go try it out.

My blog review site

Welcome to J Spotting. This will be my blog review site. Why "J Spotting?" It's because I had originally named my main tech blog "the J Spot," and I spun off to a personal site named "the J Spotter," who is, of course, me.

Here, I will write about my favorite blogs, blogs of my family, friends, contacts, and colleagues, and blogs-at-large that I read. I've been somewhat of a blog addict in the past few months, being a compulsive blogger and blog-reader. And I thought there have been a handful of sites that had touched my life in a lot of ways.

So here, I'll be writing about them, and someday I will most likely compile my blog reviews into a book of some sort.

If you would like me to visit your site and perhaps do a review one time or another, please drop me a line. Email me at jangelo (at) gmail . com .

Please also visit my blog on techie matters--the one that started it all--the J Spot, at http://jangelo.i.ph.
